After graduating from Waseda University, he passed the JICPA exams and started his career from Crow Horwath Tokyo. Mainly engaged in audit services for Japanese companies.
In 2004, he joined Deloitte Tokyo and was seconded to the company in listing process for Tokyo Stock Exchange Market. He experienced a series of listing practices and exerted a great pull for the client as an accounting professional. After then, he was also involved with various tasks such as M&A, IPO consulting, and internal control establishment.
After working in audit industries, he joined Global Partners Consulting Co., Ltd and assumed a director’s position. During term of office, he provided a wide range of services and achieved overseas listing for clients to SGX (Singapore), KOSDAQ(Korea), and TWSE(Taiwan) market etc. In 2017, he independently started his own business focusing on M&A and IPO consulting.
In 2022, he joined Nihon-bashi International Accounting Firm.
