J-Bridge International Audit Corporation (Nihonbashi International Accounting Group) provides voluntary (non-statutory) audit services to foreign-affiliated companies operating in Japan and to domestic companies engaged in global business.

As voluntary audit engagements for foreign-affiliated companies have grown in recent years, we are recruiting part-time staff (USCPAs, or accountants qualified in their home country) and full-time staff (USCPAs only) for voluntary audits of foreign-owned consolidated subsidiaries and affiliates. Prior English-language work experience is welcome; we also welcome applicants who wish to improve their English reading and writing skills through this work.

We welcome international professionals. Applicants residing in Japan are preferred; candidates currently living overseas are also welcome to apply, and visa sponsorship is available.

B) Japanese CPA with 7+ years at an audit firm and overseas assignment experience: ¥9,900 (incl. tax) / USCPA with the same: ¥8,800 (incl. tax)

Salary & bonus ¥4.8M–¥8.4M / year, based on ability and experience.
(Pay) The annual amount is fixed in advance and paid in 15 installments: 12/15 is paid as monthly salary at each month-end, and the remaining 3/15 is paid as a bonus-equivalent, split between December and June.
(Holidays) Full two-day weekends (Sat/Sun), public holidays, paid leave.
Allowances Overtime / commuting allowance: none (remote work in principle; actual costs reimbursed)
Retirement allowance None
Benefits Full social insurance; meal allowance for overtime
Probation 3 months (no change to working conditions during probation)
Other conditions Hired as a contract employee for the first year, with a planned transfer to permanent employment after one year subject to performance. Reduced-hours or alternative contract arrangements are available for telework or childcare/nursing-care needs.
USCPA registration costs If you register as a U.S. CPA, registration fees and annual membership dues are fully covered.
