Announcement of Business Alliance with AU Corporate, an Accounting Firm in India

We are pleased to announce that on October 19, 2026, Nihon-bashi International Accounting Firm signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with AU Corporate (AU Corporate Private Limited), an accounting firm based in New Delhi, India, to work together on cross-border business support between Japan and India.

Under this collaboration, professionals in both countries will work together to support Japanese companies planning to enter or expand in India, and Indian companies planning to enter Japan. Our support covers the full process, from company incorporation to accounting, tax and compliance.

About AU Corporate

AU Corporate is an accounting firm founded in 2016, with its head office in New Delhi and another office in Gurugram, India. Led by Chartered Accountant Abhishek Jaiin, the firm provides services such as India subsidiary incorporation, FEMA and RBI compliance, corporate tax, GST and transfer pricing, accounting and payroll, and corporate secretarial services.
