Nihonbashi International Accounting Firm provides one-stop services in accounting, tax and general administration for the Japanese subsidiaries of foreign-affiliated companies, in connection with their domestic operations. We also act as a coordinator between overseas head offices and their Japanese subsidiaries, providing services in English.
As requests for tax-return preparation and back-office work from foreign-affiliated companies have increased, we are recruiting full-time staff. For this role we welcome candidates with finance/accounting experience, regardless of professional qualification. Prior English-language work experience is welcome; we also welcome those who wish to improve their English reading and writing skills through supporting the finance and accounting of foreign-affiliated companies.

Working conditions
| Salary & bonus | ¥4.8M–¥8.4M / year, based on ability and experience. (Pay) The annual amount is fixed in advance and paid in 15 installments: 12/15 is paid as monthly salary at each month-end, and the remaining 3/15 is paid as a bonus-equivalent, split between December and June. (Holidays) Full two-day weekends (Sat/Sun), public holidays, paid leave. |
