Nihonbashi International Accounting Firm supports Japanese companies seeking to list overseas for swift capital raising. Specifically, we assist with preparing consolidated financial statements under IFRS or US-GAAP and disclosure materials such as prospectuses. We also provide due diligence services, mainly for cross-border M&A deals with revenue under ¥10 billion. We deliver services that meet client needs at critical points of corporate strategy, such as restructuring and finance, and we receive a high volume of inquiries.
We are now recruiting part-time professionals (USCPAs, or accountants qualified in their home country) able to handle overseas listing support and cross-border M&A. Candidates with overseas work experience are given preference.
We welcome international professionals. Applicants residing in Japan are preferred; candidates currently living overseas are also welcome to apply, and visa sponsorship is available.
