早稲田大学卒業。
株式会社ブリヂストンにて、海外営業、海外子会社設立、事業管理などを20年以上に渡り担当。
2010から4年間、上海に駐在し販売会社の総経理を務める。中国駐在中に米国公認会計士資格を取得。
その後、東京本社よりイギリス、オーストラリア企業のM&Aを活用して、デジタル技術を取り込んだ新規事業開発とそのグローバル展開をリード。
事業会社における事業戦略構築、M&A戦略構築およびソーシング、交渉、社内経営会議答申、クロージング、PMI(買収先企業の取締役として経営に関与)の一連のプロセスを責任者として推進。
その後、MUFG経営企画にて、フィンテックのクロスボーダーM&A、新規事業を担当。
現在は、複数の事業会社の事業戦略構築と実行を支援。

After graduated Waseda university, he has been involved in overseas sales activities, establishment of overseas subsidiaries, and business management at Bridgestone Corporation for over 20 years. From 2010 to 2014, he was stationed in Shanghai, serving as the General Manager of a sales company. During working in China, he also obtained CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license in the United States.

After coming back to Japan, he led new business development related to digital technology and contributed to global expansion through M&A in the UK and Australia from the Tokyo headquarters. He took charge of entire process for a series of processes including business strategy formulation, M&A strategy development, sourcing, negotiations, internal management meeting reports, closing, and PMI as a responsible manager. And then, he also engaged in management as a director of the acquired company.

Afterwards, he moved to MUFG’s Corporate Planning Division, being in charge of cross-border M&A and new business focusing on fintech business. Currently, He supports formulation and execution of business strategies for multiple companies.
